The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS)

ABS is served to date by a Council made up of 18 members, three from
Singaporean banks and 15 from foreign banks. The Council is headed by one of the Big Three local banks, namely DBS Bank, OCBC Bank and United Overseas Bank Ltd, with the chairmanship rotated once every two years.

In serving our member banks, ABS works closely with the ASEAN Banking Association and is secretariat of the Singapore SWIFT User Group as well as Dr Goh Keng Swee Scholarship Fund.
